Export Policy 

Alpha Outside sells and ships products only within the United States.

Many products we sell, including thermal optics, night vision equipment, optical devices, firearm-related parts, accessories, and tactical equipment, may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

Alpha Outside does not export products outside the United States and does not assist with the export, re-export, shipment, transfer, or transport of any product outside the United States.

By purchasing from Alpha Outside, the customer certifies that:

• The product is being purchased for lawful use within the United States.

• The customer will not export, re-export, ship, transfer, or transport the product outside the United States without complying with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations.

• The customer is not purchasing on behalf of a prohibited person, restricted party, sanctioned individual, or foreign end user.

• The customer will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Exporting may include physically taking a product outside the United States by air, land, or sea, even if the product remains in the purchaser’s possession.

Alpha Outside reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including concerns related to end use, end user, destination, export restrictions, sanctions compliance, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Alpha Outside may request additional information, identification, or documentation before completing an order.

Restricted or controlled products may include, but are not limited to:

• Thermal imaging equipment
• Night vision equipment
• Optical sights and related accessories
• Lasers and aiming devices
• Firearm parts and accessories
• Magazines, stocks, grips, lights, mounts, and related shooting equipment
