At Alpha Outside, we work hard to protect our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions. While the vast majority of orders are processed without delay, certain orders may require additional verification before they can be shipped.

Our goal isn't to make the ordering process more difficult—it's simply to help prevent credit card fraud, protect our customers, and ensure purchases are being made by the authorized cardholder.

If additional verification is needed, we may ask you to confirm your identity by providing a valid government-issued photo ID or other information necessary to verify your order. For certain high-value purchases, we may only ship to the billing address associated with the payment method.
