How Our Thermal Rental Program Works
Rentals are for 3 days. Day 1 begins when you pick up your rental.
Pickup & Return
Rentals are available by appointment at Alpha Outside LLC. The thermal must be returned by the end of Day 3 unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
Security Authorization
A temporary authorization for the replacement value of the thermal will be placed on your credit card before pickup. Once the unit is returned in the same condition, the authorization is released, and only the rental fee is charged.
Try Before You Buy
Purchase the rented thermal—or another thermal of equal or greater value—from Alpha Outside within 14 days of your rental ending, and we'll credit 100% of your rental fee toward your purchase.*
Late Returns
Late returns without prior approval are subject to a $50 per day late fee for the first three days. After that, an additional rental period will be charged. Failure to return the equipment may result in the customer being charged the full replacement value, and Alpha Outside LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
Damage or Loss
Customers are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
