How Our Thermal Rentals Work:

​

  • Rental Duration: Rentals are for 7 days. Day 1 begins when the unit arrives.

  • Return Policy: The unit must be shipped back on Day 7. If Day 7 falls on a Sunday or Holiday, you may ship it the following day.

  • Shipping Details: We cover shipping to you, or you can pick up. For returns, you are responsible for shipping costs and insurance using UPS or FedEx (not USPS). Please provide a tracking number upon shipment. Local customers may return the unit in person.

  • Payment Hold: A temporary hold for the value of the unit will be placed on your card. Once the unit is returned, the hold is released and the rental fee is charged.

  • Purchase Option: If you decide to buy the unit (or one of similar value) within 14 days of the rental end, we’ll waive the rental fee.

  • Late Returns: Unapproved late returns incur a $50 daily fee for up to 3 days. After 3 days, an additional rental fee applies. If we don’t receive tracking information within 7 days and there is no communication, the unit will be considered stolen, and you’ll be charged for its full value. We will file a police report for any unreturned equipment.

  • Damage or Loss: Any repair or replacement costs for lost, damaged, or stolen items will be added to your rental fee.
